Static vs. Generative Responses
In the Coworkers.ai platform, you can respond to users in two main ways:
Static Responses - fully controlled, manually designed replies (Message, Form, Carousel and similar modules)
Generative Responses - AI-generated replies based on discussion context, documents, and prompts (AI Knowledge base and Free Prompt modules)
Both approaches can be used independently or combined in a single dialog flow to create smart, flexible, and safe interactions.
