💻 API Integrations

The API Integrations page lets you connect your AI agents to external systems by configuring and managing 3rd party endpoints. This is where you define how your instance communicates with your internal tools (not when, that is done in the Dialog flow), CRMs, databases, or other third-party services.

With integrations, you can fetch real-time data, trigger actions, steer dialog flow logic and enrich responses using dynamic content directly from your agent’s dialog flows.
