The Billing page gives you a clear and transparent overview of your usage and costs across whole Coworker.ai deployment. With Export button you can download usage reports in .xlsx format.

What you'll find here

• Monthly consumption summary
  View usage data for the current billing period, with the option to switch to past months.

• Usage details
  Key metrics for each month include:

  • Activated licenses: Total number of user licenses in use ()

  • AI credits used: Consumption of your AI credit quota

  • Handled discussions: Number of completed chats, emails, or voice interactions

• Pricing overview
  See the currently active pricing plan, along with unit-based rates for chats, emails, call minutes, SMS etc.
